Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a 14-day proof-of-concept environment for qualified enterprise prospects. This includes a dedicated sandbox with up to 20 compute instances, full platform access, and a solutions architect to help you evaluate the platform against your specific requirements. Contact our sales team to get started.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via wire transfer, ACH, and corporate credit card for annual contracts. All plans are billed annually by default. Monthly billing is available for the Growth tier at a 15% premium. Enterprise and Mission-Critical contracts are custom-negotiated and typically structured as annual or multi-year commitments with net-30 payment terms.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will receive a prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. For Enterprise and Mission-Critical plans, plan changes are managed through your dedicated Customer Success Manager.
What happens if I exceed my instance limit?
On the Growth plan, if you approach your 100-instance limit, your CSM will proactively reach out to discuss upgrading to the Enterprise tier. We will never shut down running instances due to a limit breach. Temporary overages are accommodated at a per-instance rate of $65/month, billed at the end of the billing cycle.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Multi-year commitments, high compute volumes, and bundled platform services all qualify for volume pricing. Discounts typically range from 10% to 35% depending on commitment length and scope. Contact our sales team for a custom quote tailored to your expected usage profile.
What's included in the migration?
Migration assistance varies by tier. Growth customers receive access to self-serve migration tooling, documentation, and community support. Enterprise customers receive a guided migration with a dedicated solutions architect who will assess your current environment, build a migration plan, and provide hands-on support during the cutover. Mission-Critical customers receive white-glove migration with a full engineering team, including pre-migration assessment, dependency mapping, parallel running, traffic shifting, and post-migration validation.
