Senior Distributed Systems Engineer
Design and implement the distributed compute fabric that powers 2,400+ enterprise deployments across 48 global regions. You will work on consensus algorithms, fault-tolerant state machines, and deterministic scheduling systems that process 14 billion events daily.
Staff Security Researcher
Lead offensive security research against our own infrastructure. Identify novel attack vectors in distributed systems, develop proof-of-concept exploits, and work with engineering teams to harden our zero-trust architecture against emerging threats.
Principal ML Engineer — Threat Detection
Architect and scale the machine learning pipeline that analyzes 14 billion daily security events. Build anomaly detection models, adversarial ML defenses, and real-time inference systems that identify and neutralize threats before they reach customer perimeters.
Senior Product Manager — Data Platform
Own the product vision and roadmap for our data platform, including the Data Mesh Engine and federated governance primitives. Work with 120+ enterprise customers to define requirements and prioritize features that solve real infrastructure challenges.
DevOps Engineer — Infrastructure
Build and maintain the internal infrastructure that deploys and monitors our customer-facing platform. Work with Terraform, Kubernetes, and custom orchestration tools across a globally distributed fleet of bare-metal and virtualized compute.
Frontend Engineer — React/TypeScript
Build the web console that thousands of enterprise infrastructure teams use daily to manage their Novastraxis deployments. Work with React, TypeScript, and real-time data visualization to create interfaces for complex distributed systems.
Solutions Architect — Enterprise
Partner with EMEA enterprise customers to design and implement Novastraxis architectures that meet their specific security, compliance, and performance requirements. Lead proof-of-concept deployments and serve as the technical bridge between customers and product engineering.
Technical Account Manager
Serve as the dedicated technical advisor for our largest APAC enterprise customers. Conduct quarterly architecture reviews, coordinate with engineering on customer-impacting changes, and proactively identify optimization opportunities across their deployments.
VP of Customer Success
Lead the global Customer Success organization spanning 80+ team members across four offices. Own net revenue retention, expansion revenue, and customer satisfaction metrics for our 2,400+ enterprise customer base. Report directly to the COO.
Senior QA Engineer — Security
Build and maintain automated security testing frameworks for our zero-trust infrastructure. Develop fuzzing suites, penetration testing automation, and compliance validation tooling that runs continuously against every deployment.
Data Engineer — Analytics Pipeline
Design and operate the analytics data pipeline that processes terabytes of platform telemetry daily. Build real-time dashboards for customer-facing health metrics, internal capacity planning, and executive reporting using Spark, Kafka, and ClickHouse.
Security Compliance Analyst
Support our SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and GDPR compliance programs. Conduct internal control assessments, manage audit evidence collection, and work with engineering teams to implement and document compliance controls across the platform.

Technical Assessment
A take-home exercise or live coding session depending on the role. We design assessments to reflect real work you would do at Novastraxis, not algorithmic puzzles.
Team Interviews
A half-day virtual or on-site interview with the hiring team. Typically includes a system design discussion, a technical deep-dive, and a values-alignment conversation.
